Energy Saving Service Agreement
ESSA for short, a Semi annual service & maintenance contract for both Air Condition & Heating systems.
When you sign up for a membership with us, you receive 2 checkups, One in the Spring/Summer to make sure the Air Conditioning is ready for Houston Heat, and one in the Winter/Fall to make sure the Furnace/Heater is ready for the cold and the entire system is working as it should.

Our Fall/Winter Check Up is just as important as our Spring/Summer check up! The Furnace/Heater houses all of the electrical components as well as the blower itself! And if there are any issues between the two check ups, there is no trip charge.

Why A Membership?

Twice a year maintenance is going to allow us to keep your current system running as well as it can. After each checkup you will receive a detailed evaluation form of your current system(s) so you also know exactly how your system is performing.

Without a membership, two annual checkups will be more expensive than a one year membership, which includes two annual checkups, as well as discounts on parts and materials.
For example, without a membership, our checkup is $89.95 per system, and a twice a year checkup would be $359.80 for a two system home. However, a membership on a two system home, that includes a 15% discount on repairs, would cost $299.

When we come out to do any maintenance inspection, we fill out a detailed report for everything we find for each system you have, to ensure you know exactly what you are getting, as well as the honest truth about your HVAC system.
Membership Discounts

We know, Freon is expensive, and if you have a leak, it’s going to hurt your system AND your wallet. When you sign up for a maintenance plan, the first pound of freon is on us!

If you have an ESSA (Energy Savings Service Agreement) with us then you receive 15% on all small parts and materials….INCLUDING FREON. But it doesnt stop there, any accessories you would like to add on to your existing system, or even accessories you would like to add to a new system would ALSO be 15% off.

If you are a member with us, our goal is for your system to be running as it should. If your system needs work between your maintenance checkups, there is no dispatch or diagnostic fee.

Absolutely! If you have an ESSA, and you decide to move, then you have the option to take the ESSA with you (if you are still witihin the houston area) or transfer the agreement to the next owners. The decision is up to you!

Nope! When our technician is at your job location, they can sign you up right then and there, no contract to sign. It’s as easy as that.

Yes you can! with our ESSA, you get -15% off Repairs (including Freon). So if you are not a member, and we find something that needs to be repaired, our technican can sign you up then and there to apply your discount!

You will an recieve automatic reminder through text message to let you know when its time for your appointment. You would get one just before the summer, and just before the winter. When you get that message, you can call us and just let us konw what time works best for you!
