Best done in the spring to make sure your system is ready for the summer, we go through your system to check for any signs of potential failures or hazards.
Each Maintenance Checkup comes with an emailed digital form we fill out to give you the details of everything we checked, so you know exactly and honestly what we found when the job is done!

Warm weather means accurate freon readings!
Outside, we check: the age of the unit, condenser coil condition, condenser fan motor, all outdoor electrical wiring, all capacitors, contactors, as well as the compressor capabilities and amp draw. We also check refrigeration type, suction and liquid line pressure, and calculate your subcool and superheat.
Inside, we check: the attic door seal, air filters, evaporator coil condition, blower motor, all capacitors, duct work, the condition of the plenum and/or transition, and the operation of your drain lines.

Fall Maintenance Checkup

We can’t express enough how important it is to have your fall maintenance checkup, even if you don’t use your heater! We check the brains of the sytem, and all major electrical components to ensure everything is performing how it should.
Each Maintenance Checkup comes with an emailed digital form we fill out to give you the details of everything we checked, so you know exactly and honestly what we found when the job is done!

We also check the functionality of the units control board, heater, limit switchs, Flame Sensor, Flue pipe, and combustion blowers.
