Our Installs are done by our own team at Jackson Air, no subcontracting!
Full System Replacements

Replacing the entire HVAC system with us includes all necessary accessories, as well as sheet metal plenums, adjustable dampers, a new thermostat, and all systems are digitally charged to ensure your new equipment is installed RIGHT.

Most full system replacements should not take longer than one day.
Coil and Condenser Replacements

If you have recently replaced your furnace, then the replacement of indoor evaporator coil and the outdoor condensing unit might be a good option for you.

The replacement of just the Condensing Unit and Evaporator Coil can take a couple of hours, or longer depending on the home.
Single Equipment Installs

For when only one piece of equipment needs replacing, such as the outdoor Condensing Unit, Indoor Evaporator Coil, or just the Furnace (or electric air handler for non-gas homes).

Mini Split Installs

Adding Heating or Cooling to your garage, adding on to your home or a small commercial space? A mini-split could be your best option.

Commercial Replacements

We specialize in both residential AND light commercial. Either your business has a single package unit on the roof, or a split system inside the building. We have numerous clients such as churches, doctors’ offices, restaurants, and shops.

Commercial jobs can vary depending on the type of equipment on the building, so each job is different, therefore, install duration could vary.
Ducts

When doing duct installs, we use R8 insulated flex ducts. We make sure ducts are properly sealed and hung up to code.

Each duct job can be very different depending on how many ducts are being replaced, and of course the configuration of the attic or home. So duration can vary.
